Return & Exchange Policy

At Vibe in K Designs, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

Timeframe: We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached & original packaging, if applicable.

Process: Contact us at kksdesigns17@gmail.com to initiate a return. We'll provide you with return instructions. 

Non Returnable Items:

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Jewelry

  • Bodysuits, intimates, lingerie

  • Swimwear

  • Socks, tights, face masks

  • Beauty items

  • Pajamas

  • Sample or clearance items

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

  • Items damaged due to wear, washing, or misuse

  • Items that were produced correctly but are no longer wanted

Exchanges

Timeframe: At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%) or declined.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
